Booking Cart, Event Cart, Rental Cart, and Multi-Vendor Checkout Terms

7.1 Purpose
RentHaus may allow customers to build a cart containing multiple rental items, fixed service packages, and quote-based services. The cart may be called Event Cart for event planning, Rental Cart for simple rentals, Service Cart for services, or Booking Cart internally.
7.2 Cart Item Types

Quote-Based Service Catering, decoration, event planning Cannot be checked out until quote is received and accepted.

7.3 No Permanent Reservation on Add to Cart
Adding an item to cart does not permanently reserve inventory, vendor time, or event dates. Availability may be rechecked when quote is accepted, checkout starts, and payment is verified. RentHaus may create a short soft hold during checkout and release the hold if checkout expires or payment fails.
7.4 Multi-Vendor Checkout
A single checkout may create separate booking orders per vendor. Internally, RentHaus should split vendor payables, platform commission, gateway fees, growth rewards, refunds, disputes, and deposit records by vendor and booking item.
7.5 Partial Checkout
RentHaus may allow customers to pay for ready items while quote-based or vendor-confirmation items remain pending. Pending items are not confirmed until their own checkout requirements are completed.
