Growth Partner and Referral Program Terms

12.1 Purpose
RentHaus may operate referral and Growth Partner programs to help onboard vendors, customers, event planners, and city communities. Growth Partner participation is a program status, not a core platform role, and does not make the partner an employee, agent, or representative with authority to bind RentHaus.
12.2 Partner Types
• City Ambassador
• Vendor Onboarding Agent
• Community Growth Leader
• Affiliate
• Event Partner
12.3 No Approval Authority
Growth Partners must not approve vendors, approve KYC, approve listings, approve refunds, approve disputes, approve payouts, adjust trust scores, collect unauthorized payments, or represent that they can guarantee approval, visibility, bookings, or protection.
12.4 Reward Qualification
Rewards may depend on verified referral attribution, completed onboarding, approved vendor status, first completed booking, clean booking history, minimum commission threshold, fraud checks, refund/dispute status, and payout hold periods. Rewards are paid from RentHaus-defined program rules, not from full booking value unless expressly stated.
12.5 Prohibited Conduct
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate referrals, or false vendor/customer details.
• Using misleading promises, fake guarantees, fake discounts, or unauthorized RentHaus claims.
• Collecting customer/vendor money outside RentHaus without written authorization.
• Pressuring vendors or customers to bypass RentHaus.
• Manipulating bookings, reviews, trust scores, or reward rules.
12.6 Admin Performance Review
RentHaus may rank Growth Partners by net contribution, activated vendors, completed bookings, RentHaus commission generated, rewards paid, dispute/refund rate, quality score, and compliance signals. RentHaus may pause, adjust, void, or recover rewards linked to fraud, refunds, disputes, self-referrals, or policy violations.
